Sensitive skin is much more porous, so all those nasty molecules we&#8217;re exposed to every day \u2013 and particularly the highly irritant ones \u2013 can penetrate it more easily.&nbsp;Sensitive skin usually reacts suddenly and immediately. It may feel hot, itchy or tight.
