\u201cJuice days\u201d are like a reset to me. I press fresh fruits and vegetables with my juicer, which preserves as many vitamins as possible. I like to adapt the recipes according to my cravings and needs. These juice days or half-days are true mood lifters\u2014since digesting juice requires very little energy, it leaves more for all sorts of other activities.\u00a0<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/section>\n\n

For the juices, flavors and colors also have a great impact on my well-being<\/em><\/strong>. Drinking the same juice every day during a cleanse is far too monotonous. The golden rule<\/strong>: get the freshest fruits and vegetables possible. Vitamin loss is staggering\u2014over 50% after just two days of storage. Whenever possible, I source from my garden, and I complete with produce from my organic farmer. And most importantly, everything goes in: skin, stems, and all!\u00a0<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/section>\n\n

This <\/span>is<\/span> the <\/span>juice<\/span> I drink in the <\/span>morning<\/span> on an <\/span>empty<\/span> stomach<\/span>, <\/span>after<\/span> a glass of warm water.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n\n\n\r\n
