Light is one of the simplest and quickest ways to protect, restore and cleanse our energy. All you must do is close your eyes, connect with your breath, and begin to visualize a bright white light surrounding you, emanating all-around your being, allow this light to grow and expand arm\u2019s length away in all directions (the circumference of your Auru). b In your Third Eye Chakra (Anja) and Heart Chakra (Anahata) repeat \u201cWhite Light Now\u201d; say it internally with a strong and loving tone (repeat at least 3x). Continue this sequence for a few moments or for as long as you need. Utilizing water and salt are ancient fundamental techniques that mankind has been using for a plethora of things. It can be as easy as filling a tub, or a large enough pot for your feet with a feel-good temperature and some at-hand salt. Then simply get in the tub or place your feet in the pot and begin to just surrender to the moment and the sensation of the water gathering around your body.
